The Emergency Food and Shelter National Board Program was created in 1983 to supplement the work of local social service organizations within the United States, both private and governmental, to help people in need of emergency assistance. This collaborative effort between the private and public sectors has disbursed over $3.1 billion in Federal funds during its 25-year history.

Phase 25 Final Reports

Final Reports for Phase 25 (FY2007) funding were mailed to Local Boards at the end of October. Local Boards have been provided with instructions, individual Final Reports for each funded LRO and instructions for each LRO. The Local Board has also received a letter regarding which LROs are being required to submit documentation with their Final Report to the National Board.
